Again

Hello again.

So, of course, once again, I forget to update my blog for like a week. Honestly guys, I can’t stand being this absent-minded. I apologize, and I’ll get right on with updating right now!

Day 288: ‘Girlfriend Wanted’, a poem by Matthew Gray Gubler

I am in love with him. circa 2004 that is.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be a marine biologist. I was in love with the fish and the deep, the aquarium, the world of the ocean. It was my passion.

Honestly, if I could, I’d give up everything to go out on the sea. I personally own three books by the late Jacques-Yves Cousteau, and I still love to be surrounded by fish.

So, in 2004 (when I was 13 years old), I went to see The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou (2004), the famous Wes Anderson film. Practically everyone hated it (at least most people I talked to), but I am in love with it. I found love for one of the stranger actors, and my love has only blossomed over time.

The name: Matthew Gray Gubler… who does he play? Intern #1… I’m not joking. He’s the guy with the fro that stays on the boat, for those of you Life Aquatic connoisseurs.

Well, tonight I realized that he’s still amazing and has gotten incredibly more good looking. He’s a filmmaker, an actor, a model… I love everything about him.

So, for today’s post I’ve decided to feature a poem he wrote, and in addition his fake documentary series on youtube. So enjoy!

and wind chimes

no specific height
weight
hair color
or political affiliation required
but would prefer a warm spirited non racist

cynics
critics
pessimists
and “stick in the muds” need not apply

voluptuous figures a plus

any similarity in look, mind set, or fashion sense to
mary poppins
claire huxtable
snow white
or elvira wholeheartedly welcomed

i am dubious of actresses, fellons and lesbians
but dont want to rule them out entirely

must be tolerant of whistling
tickle torture
james taylor
and sleeping late

i have a slight limp
eerily soft hands
and a preternatural love of autumn

i once misinterpreted being called a coal-eyed dandy as a compliment
when it was intended as an insult

i wiggle my feet in my sleep
am scared of the dark
and think the Muppets Christmas Carol is one of the greatest films of
all time

all i want is
butterfly kisses in the morning
peanut butter sandwiches shaped like a heart
and to make you smile until it hurts

OH MAN HELLO AGAIN!

Hello everyone!

Good golly goodness have I been a terrible blogger! My once-everyday-updating process has epic failed, and I’m super not happy that I haven’t done this in a while.

So, in honor of this, I am adding all the days I missed to the end of this year… that way, I don’t have like three weeks worth of [BELATED] posts on one day. And I don’t have to find three weeks worth of content before midnight.

Sorry guys! It’s been too long. How has life been for you?

I’ve been SWAAAMPED these past few days so I haven’t had a chance to update the blog.

I promise after tomorrow’s test, I shall make up with numerous posts!

Sorry for the lack of posting… these past few days have been quite hellish.

But I’m back! And it’s Friday! And I’ve got nothing to do tonight (Thank sweet goodness!!)!

HELLO AGAIN!!!

Hey everyone!!

I’m back after, like, 3 weeks!

So, let me explain myself before the tomatoes come flying at me!

A few weeks back I talked about how I poured tea on my computer and had to get a portable keyboard…. well, due to my stupidity my “silly computer mishap” turned into a full-blown crisis. I lost my computer for about three weeks and all things were terrible!

But, I’m back! amd my computer has a new keyboard (and charger), so I can continue with the blog!

However, three weeks is a long time to be on hiatis! In order to make up for lost time, I am officially adding three weeks to the end of the year for me to catch up! WHOOO!

Anyway, sorry for the mishaps! I’m happy to see that people did come and check on the site while it was down so I appreciate the support! Thanks again!
